Scottie came in through one of our local shelters as a bottle baby, but on intake we realized he was just a malnourished little guy who had the teeth for meat. Once he was taught how to eat and not need to nurse, he thrived and has grown into a robust and feisty little dude! Now he's just celebrated his first birthday in rescue - how has he been overlooked for so long?
