Meet Frankie:

Fleet-footed Frankie, rescued with his friend Rupert, is famously fond of chasing catnip toys and lying on window ledges to watch the birds and the squirrels outside. Standing “tall” when we’re nearby without fleeing, he’s paw-ndering a future filled with pets! Now all Frankie needs to flourish is a patient and nurturing home, hopefully with a buddy.
